Human Resource Executive


  1. Recruitment of New Employees from, Indeed etc...
  2. Arranging Interviews & Maintaining Data for the same
  3. Maintaining KYC of all the factory & office employees.
  4. Daily time keeping & reporting
  5. Maintaining Salary sheet and CTC structure of all the employee.
  6. To make and maintain HR policy
  7. Legal Liasioning with government offices, like factory inspector, PF office, GPCB etc…
  8. Maintaining registers as per government's norms
  9. Effective handling of employees & worker's problems
  10. Knowledge of factory Act, PF Act, welfare Act Etc.
  11. Knowledge of PT registration, formalities and statutory requirement for various certificates by the government.
  12. Knowledge of formalities from the Selection of employee’s upto full and final settlement.
  13. Dealing with labour contractors, security services, housekeeping etc.
  14. Knowledge of Training Programme for new candidates
  15. Knowledge of Performance analysis on a quarterly or annual basis for the company employees.
  16. Attending time to time company audits by factory inspector & PF inspector
  17. Ability to put all the records on computer for ease of working
  18. Ability to report on a daily basis for the work done as well as for the pending works.

  1. Employee Interview, Recruitment, Selection and Documentation formalities till full and final settlement for the employee.
  2. Monitoring and reviewing employee performance
  3. To create discipline and punctuality among employees team for the plant.
  4. To create healthy and creative Work Culture in the plant.
  5. To reduce the unnecessary factory expenses.
  6. Maintaining presence record Payroll, CTC Structure, KYC's of the Employees, Salary Records, and records as per the requirement of the government.
  7. To ensure Workman Compensation, Insurance policy, etc. for all employees.
  8. Maintaining PF records, Factory Act, Labor License and all other Government related records and compliance.
  9. Time Keeping Records, Attendance Records of all employees working in the organization including contract manpower.
  10. Co-ordinate with Various Contractors security agency labor contractor, housekeeping contractor, Transport contractor for the smooth functioning of Plant.
  11. Responsible for Invoice Clearances of all Manpower Supplying Agencies and contractor.
  12. Candidate must have worked in a MSME Manufacturing factory Setup.
  13. Responsible, Flexible, Honest, Time discipline and Dedicated to his work
  14. Candidate must perform as per the factory requirement
  15. Someone who can deliver as per the plant requirement.
  16. Candidate must be confidant to Communicate clearly and effectively with all the Employees of the plant.
  17. Candidate should be able to work independently without being followed up.
  18. Candidate should join immediately or within 10-15 days
